With no experience in hospitality business, the founders Ankit Gupta and Navneet Gill, after having invested all their life savings in the project, had to figure things out for themselves. No college course or external support, can teach you what, an ‘on the floor’ experience can. Equipped with the newly acquired knowledge, they went on listening to their customers, taking each review seriously and working on it, never compromising on the quality, till their ‘accidentally stumbled into this place’ guests, became regulars. Word of mouth marketing helped, as more people showed up on their friends and fam’s reccomendations. That’s how things were set in motion in a tiny 42 seater restaurant in 2014. Soon this small joint gained popularity untill guests requested them to move to a bigger place. And thus in 2017, they finally opened their second outlet and never looked back. All this time, making freshness, quality ingredients and guest satisfaction, their core principles.
