Our journey began during the lockdown with a little bit of science, a whole lot of love, and the best ingredients we could find! What started as a simple conversation turned into a series of baking experiments. With a desire to spread love and goodness, we opened our first retail outlet in Ahmedabad in 2020. Our mission was clear: bring the authentic taste of freshly baked, “honest to god” quality ingredients to the world.
From breads and croissants to cheesecakes, savories, cakes, and cake tubs, we pour our hearts into every product we make. There’s nothing more joyful for us than seeing our guests celebrate with Baked By Nini’s goodies. The love for our bakes has been overwhelming, leading us to expand rapidly.
Today, we proudly have more than 30 outlets across Gujarat, including Ahmedabad, Anand, Baroda, Gandhinagar, and Surat.
